• • Collect, utilize, and manage information for effective strategic planning, M&A, and investment process.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end investment and acquisition process from initial screening, negotiation, due diligence, to deal closing.
  • Develop feasibility studies, financial modeling, market and competitive landscape analysis
  • Prepare relevant documents and presentations required Executive Committee and Board of Directors’ approval and facilitate information and data for shareholders’ approval and other required disclosures.
  • Analyze company performance and identify trends or areas for improvement
  • Monitor company-level financial performance, focusing on revenue and gross profit.
  • Monitor key performance across business lines and track progression
  • Recommend and initiate action plan for business performance improvement.
  
  

• • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economic, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Able to work proficiently with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Excellent people and relationship building skill.
