• Develop and implement community engagement programs to build strong fan and customer interaction
• Design and manage loyalty programs, membership tiers, and reward systems, including fan/customer segmentation and tailored activities
• Oversee online communities and fanbases to ensure they remain active and engaged, using the right tone & language
• Create strategies to grow the fanbase while maintaining strong connections with existing fans
• Leverage fan and customer data to design campaigns and deliver new experiences
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce events and fan experiences that meet audience needs
คุณสมบัติ

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, CRM Marketing or related fields
• Solid understanding of fan/customer behavior with the ability to design effective engagement activities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to use the right community tone & language
• Experience in Entertainment, Gaming, Retail, or K-pop fandom industries is a plus
• Passionate about building communities and creating new experiences for fans and customers
